CYKLON – Reinforcement screwing unit

– full automatic reinforcement screwing unit in PVC profiles with 2 controlled axes
Two basic unit configurations

• connected with a machining center as fixed part of the out-load table
• connected with cutting-of saw for simultaneous screwing of steel reinforcement

There are two alternative modes for these  two configurations

• screwing according to data record. Identification by means of wireless bare code reader
• screwing according to own software. Alternative distance between screws and automatic recognition of groove for lock case

– Optional it is possible to equip the unit with 3th. controlled axe for drilling of  dowel holes
