CYKLON D – Two-head reinforcement screwing unit

Full automatic two-head reinforcement screwing unit in PVC profiles with 3 controlled axis

Two basic unit configurations
a)         connected with a machining center as fixed part of the out-load table
b)         connected with cutting-of saw for simultaneous screwing of steel reinforcement

There are two alternative modes for these  two configurations
a)         screwing according to data record. Identification by means of wireless bare code  reader
b)         screwing according to own software. Alternative distance between screws and automatic recognition of groove for lock case

Optional it is possible to equip the unit with 4th controlled axis for
drilling of  dowel holes
